The Al-Anon program is based on the 12 Suggested Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, which we try to apply to our lives, little by little, one day at a time, along with our Slogans, and the Serenity Prayer. The loving interchange of help among members, and daily reading of Al-Anon literature thus makes us ready to receive the priceless gift of serenity.

In June 2012, the Policy Committee reported to Conference members that after lengthy discussion, it concluded that using a third party vendor to sell electronic CAL is not a violation of the Traditions or policy, giving the WSO permission to proceed with an electronic version of Having Had a Spiritual Awakening as granted by the

The Online Store Is Trilingual!
For many years, the only way to order Spanish and French literature was with a printed order form. Now, all published Conferenced Approved Literature (CAL) and service tools will be available for purchase online. Furthermore, the entire Online Store has been translated into Spanish and French. This demonstrates our dedication to our Spanish‑ and French‑speaking members by making CAL more accessible to them.
